A lightweight yet heavy-duty aluminum frame supports the panels, promoting a 600-lb. cargo capacity when evenly distributed. Between each panel, Extang’s proprietary dual-pivot MaxHinges reinforce failure-prone pivot points. Extang treats the aluminum frame with its durable textured-black EnduraCoat finish, blending in flawlessly with the Solid Fold 2.0’s textured-black EnduraShield panels and your vehicle’s factory bed rail caps.

Outstanding weather resistance is another key feature of the Solid Fold 2.0, featuring exclusive adhesive-free snap-on perimeter seals and hard polymer corner and hinge seals to keep dirt and moisture out of the bed.

Extang’s proprietary, tool-free Jaw-Grip and EZ-Lock Clamps offer one of the easiest and quickest installations on the market. Operating the Solid Fold 2.0 is just as intuitive—simply release the rear EZ-Lock Clamps and fold the cover toward the bulkhead for ⅔ bed access.
